This is a space to explore different movement practices by using functional, mindful + whole-body training techniques to strengthen connection to ourselves; emotionally, physically + mentally. With your guide, Alexa Lautenbach, she will create a safe space for you to engage in breath + movement. She hopes to empower you to build trust in yourself to make choices that feel good in your body not just in practice, but in every day life.
