Alexa continues to be my favorite instructor I've come across in the Twin Cities. Such subtle, radiant energy. Her guidance on when to inhale and exhale allowed me to push myself even further with the different moves and exercises. This class is the perfect blend of yoga, dance, and Pilates: super healing and invigorating!

Started going to Alexa’s classes a number of years ago. She is kind, encouraging, and always reminds the participants that “this class is for YOU.” She offers modifications and has worked with me personally to find options that feel good for me. Alexa’s virtual classes are high quality. There’s no separate playlist you need to access to hear the music. You can clearly hear Alexa’s guidance and the music throughout movements.

I haven't felt so connected to my breath in a very long time. Loved the movements, as I could really utilize and expand my full range of motion. Alexa was a real treat; she offered many options for each series of movement with increasing levels of difficulty. She was gentle and generous with individualized adjustments, and engaging for the whole class. Can not recommend enough.
